
YAY! Another rare time in life where Starbucks offers up something free! ;) So, get yourself (and your bestie/mom/professor who just gave you an A- when you should have got a B+) a drink then burn it all off with....
The Post-Latte Workout
(to truly burn off the latte, add 30-40 minutes of intense cardio before/during/after the workout)
50 jumping jacks
15 reverse lunges each leg
10 push ups
30 second plank
20 seconds high knees, arms overhead
20 plie squats
30 mountain climbers
10 hand step-ups (on the stairs in plank position, walk hands up one step, then back down for one rep)
30 step ups (on stairs/sturdy coffee table, anything will work!)
Rest 1 minute. Repeat once more, then complete ab circuit.
Abs
20 hip ups (legs straight pushing hips off ground into air)
20 toe touches
15 v-sits
20 twisting sit ups (example)
15 jackknives (example)
20 crunches
Rest 30 seconds, repeat once more. Give yourself a pat on the back for a good workout! :)
